SUMMARY:
- Hired items arrive to you on your first day of hire and should be delivered back us on your last day of hire.
- Please look after the costumes as if they were your own.
- Do not alter costumes. If you need a different size, please contact us.
- Do not cut out labels, write on labels or write on the costume itself. If you need to name the costumes, masking tape can be applied quickly, written on, and removed without damage.
- Return items as you received them, including in any packaging.
- You will be charged for late return, any damage to costumes or lost items.
- You are responsible for the return postage cost using a tracked provider.
- Please provide us with the tracking number for your return parcel.

DETAILS:
- The Hirer must be 18 years or older.
- Hired items will be delivered to you on the FIRST DAY OF HIRE.
- All costumes must be returned to us on the LAST DAY OF HIRE.
- Triple Threat Costume Hire will not post or receive return orders on the weekend or Bank holidays. Should you book your hire within these, items will be posted/received on the next working day.
- Your order must be returned to us using tracked postage. Please provide us with the tracking number upon return.
- We take no responsibility for any delays out of our control such as courier service/strikes.
- Costumes include no accessories unless otherwise stated.
- Please pack the returns using the box/bags they were delivered in.
- All orders can only have 1 start date and 1 return date.
- Changes to orders can be made up to 30 days before the hire start date. This must be done through our email address [email protected]
- All orders take 3 working days to process, pack, and send. Please ensure this gives you enough time if making a last-minute booking.
- Hired items are intended for indoor performances or photoshoots only.
- Our costumes and hire items are not fire tested and we do not treat them with flame retardant. Therefore, they are not intended for use by children in play or private hire. If the Hirer should hire them with the intent to use them in this manner, then the Hirer shall do so at its own risk and Triple Threat Costume Hire shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever resulting from such use.
- Safety Notice: Small parts or magnets may be used within the construction of our costumes.
- Costumes may vary from their pictures. The images of the Costumes are for illustrative purposes only and Triple Threat Costume Hire cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Costumes. Please read the description carefully.
- Responsibility for the costumes hired lies with the Hirer until we have received them back.
- Costumes are hired on an ‘as is where is’ basis. Triple Threat Costume Hire will use all reasonable efforts, where possible, to ensure that the Costumes are supplied clean and in suitable condition for use. The Hirer shall check the costumes promptly upon receipt and notify Triple Threat Costume Hire of any discrepancy within twenty-four (24) hours thereof. The Hirer will be deemed to have accepted the quality and condition in which the costumes were received in the event that the hirer fails to notify us within this period.
- The costumes may not be distressed or broken down in any manner whatsoever and fake blood may not be used with our costumes.
- Should the Hirer use the costumes at any venue or location where food or drink is being consumed, the Hirer is required to act responsibly to avoid any damage to the Costume.
- Fake tan, red lipstick, and make-up must be used cautiously while wearing our costumes. Any stains may result in the item needing to be replaced. This includes names being written into costumes or on labels. In this case, a replacement fee of £75 will be charged if stains do not come out when we wash them.
- Labels or tags must not be removed from Costumes, or a replacement fee of £75 may be charged.
- Hirers must not wash or dry-clean any items. This is done by Triple Threat Costume Hire upon the return of the items.
- Late return of an item will be charged again at the 14-day hire price. If the items is not received within 7 days of the end of hire, Triple Threat Costume Hire will assume the item lost. In the event of a lost item, you will be charged a lost item fee of £75 per item.
- If items are returned in a damaged state, you will be charged a replacement fee of £75.
- The Hirer authorises Triple Threat Costume Hire to deduct any sums properly due to Triple Threat Costume Hire from any credit card, debit card, or charge account details which are in the possession of Triple Threat Costume Hire.
